Acquisition of Blue Ocean Monitoring Limited by Helsing Australia Pty Ltd - Notice of Second Court Hearing

Following the overwhelming approval of the Scheme by Shareholders on 26 March 2026, a hearing date has now been secured for Blue Ocean to seek final approval of the Scheme from the Supreme Court of NSW. This court hearing will be held at 9.15 am on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.

Shareholders of the Company have the right to appear and be heard at the court hearing and may oppose the approval of the Scheme. 

If you wish to oppose approval of the Scheme at the court hearing, you must file with the Court, and serve on the Company at least one day before the Court Hearing, a notice of appearance in the prescribed form, together with any affidavit on which you wish to rely at the hearing.
